Life is a mixture of a number of phenomenon's of which the two most basic Phenomenons are happiness and sadness. Happiness is situation of anxiety
And excitement while sadness is the out comes of depression,
Tensions and failures. Life is not a bed of roses. It is full of troubles,
Tensions, miseries, depression, failures and sufferings. Sadness on the other hand is a feeling which out come of all these effects. If we have believe on Allah
And do what the prophet (PBUH), says then you will know that showing
The sadness and the anger will not let you Strong. And if you believe that every thing that is sadness and happiness came from Allah. So at that time you will be patient on the sadness and thanks Allah for happiness and blessings. This also a golden principle pf life that is, “Be patient when sad And be thankful when happy .

Nice try Ammal. I like the subject. I can not help you with grammar, but there are many mistakes. I have been in United States 2 years right now, and still facing many grammar mistakes . The good thing is to keep going and never stop. Trust me I might graduate from American University , but this is not mean that am good at the English as lan guage.
